I like QuickPar because of the control it gives you. Many times I've
downloaded vids with par2 files and still got damaged files because of
missing blocks. So I go into a little bit of over kill with 20% correction
when posting vids to save others from the fustration of spending a lot of
time downloading and getting something that don't work. I started using
pars with pics because, one can check a single set and, know if they got
all of them and that the pics are all good. Of couse after getting all they
can go to The!Checker.
