Let me propose a way to save you time:
Rather than continuing to post reactions to the people who are not
reading all the previous messages telling them to e-mail you for what
they want, just create ONE such message, highly detailed but in simple
language, perhaps with multilingual translations. with a subject line
that cannot be mistaken such as CARROT JUICE or PURPLE CRAYON in all
caps.
Every once in a while, or maybe once a day, post a message that tells
people to read the CARROT JUICE or PURPLE CRAYON message to follow the
correct protocols.
OR, just send a simple reply telling them to read the CARROT JUICE or
PURPLE CRAYON message.
Then post the CARROT JUICE or PURPLE CRAYON message at least once a
month so no one can claim it is off their server.
No need to get frustrated with newbies or people who cannot bother to
read text messages.
