Perhaps it is a tame video in yoru jurisdiction, but it could also
earn the poster the death penalty in other jurisdications. Since we
don't know Claudio's situation we might assumed that he risked
everything to share his video with you.
Here is what YOU should be considering: how desperate must you be to
have gone to all that trouble just to download and assemble that
video? Kinda scary, huh?
Remember, Claudio, and all other posters, owe us nothing. They share
and that is enough, isn't it? Every poster should post in a way that
makes him or her feel safe, not in a way that is convenient for you.
