Dear Angel,
To answer your question, you will need to recombine downloaded files
with Winrar or another program, which will produce a True Crypt file,
so you will require the True Crypt program (which you may find for
free online).
These files do require a special password or keyfiles to open them.
Without these, you cannot. I suggest you ask Jimmy for permission to
access them, as he was the creator.
