Riff Interactive are actually really good, it's an application that shows a
video as well as the TAB, you can speed up and slow down the tempo as
required.
As this is an ISO file, just download something like Daemon Tools Lite which
is free, you can then mount the ISO image without having to burn it to a
disc, this works for all ISO files, not just this one.
If you are using Windows 10 you can just double click the ISO file and it
will automatically Mount in a Virtual Drive.
