The problem isn't necessarally on your end. His posts are incomplete on
every major newserver that I've checked and most of them are also showing
up as incomplete on all the major NZB searchsites. The problem is
originating on his end during upload on Easynews which is one of those
servers that's on again-off again. The only thing you can do is to ask for
Par files to fix.
