I agree with the inspector that rar and pw is no more secure than normal posting.
You should be using proxies etc even to just post text. YB's old 'secret' mob got
traced because they were posting PGP messages direct to what they thought was an
unknown and insignificant group.
Then again it's entirely up to the poster to choose their method, so over to you...
