1: Rename the image extention from .iso to .000
2: Extract all Files in this archive
3: Open Schtrom360XtractV3.1.exe
4: Go to Tools then image inject/extract
5: Under task choose inject.
6: Now just inject the 3 files into your image
After your done go to tools and run the stealth check.
