Hello Dave,

From the beginning, until the pbse_All_(BEW)_15166 (that I remember) they
were multiyear,thereafter I make annual csv's.

Pb Special Editions stopped publishing December 31, 2009.
pbse_2010_All_(BEW)_23.csv was canceled and incorporated its files to pbse_
2009_All_(BEW)_6577
