One thought...such as it is...lol
When I first signed up for my usenet provider I was NOT allowed to
post ANYTHING. I could download what I pleased but I had to wait 3
months before I was allowed to even REPLY to a poster with a "thanks".
Am wondering how many usenet providers do the same?
