happened to me when I download NEC PC Engine CD & TurboGrafx CD
I used SABnzbd, and download failed. when I go to incompleted folder
there are 2 duplicated folders for this single download. they are
different in size but both repaired just fine, no error. however, one
can be uncompressed and another one reported error. everything is done
manually with par2 and unrar.
if you use SABnzbd also, try to look if there are 2 incompleted folders.
