I broke up the letters into smaller segments based on size (like 10
megs to 50 megs, or 50 megs to 100 megs, or over 100 megs, etc.)

This made the PAR creation faster since it wasn't trying to make a par
file for a set with 1000 files under 1 meg and a file over a gig.
That's what kills time.

I took out some of the larger files (over a gig) before creating the
par files.  So if we need the larger files reposted I can do that with
par files for that set.  Other than that, I'll be posting my par files
shortly.
