I doubt it's Unzip. It's most likely whatever software client you are
using having trouble properly decoding posts from Agent V7 which is
what Treesaver is using to post. Since you both use Newshosting
incomplete files are not likely. Your post headers don't reveal what
software you are using to post, most do, so I'd guess you are using
the Usenet client software provided by Newshosting. Whatever you are
using you will likely need to change to something different in order
to get Treesavers' posts uncorrupted. The error log you posted from
calibre simply indicates you are trying to import a damaged file.
Since an epub is nothing more than a zip file with the extension
changed to .epub you are quite likely to have the same problems if
they are posted clear of additional compression wrappers like .rar or
an epub in a zip container. Look for a different Mac usenet client
than what you are currently using for a fix. Good luck.
