I'm posting #1 in ".djvu" format, which you can view using free
software called djview. download from http://djvu.sourceforge.net
you can export to pdf file, but at over 1500 pages, will probably take
some time & end up a much larger document.
#2 & 3 are .pdf which I got from openlibrary.org & they are not as
clean of scans as #1.
There are a few more available which you can loan from
openlibrary.org, free to sign up & borrow ebooks.
I'm posting some par files along with the documents, but you're
probably better off getting direct from openlibrary.org.
