This has been going on for quite some time. Everyone else has been
annoyed with it for years. There is nothing that can be done about
it. Some people are posting encrypted binaries in news groups where
they shouldn't go in order to "hide" their activities. I suppose it
works, and so they will not stop. AFAIK the posters never read the
groups they send this stuff to. Yeah, a PITA.
