Using WinRAR 5.40 64Bit version here.
All dl and unpack ok.
Only issue I had was that the "chapter" folders were built, but stuff was not put into them!
POSSIBLY because I downloaded all of them into the same parent folder which resulted in exceedingly long final pathnames (i.e. I exceeded the Windows filelength limits).
I'd suspect YOUR issue to be that you need a newer version of WinRAR. If that does not solve it, and you DO find a solution, kindly let us know what cleared the problem.
