I've seen a few *sets* of files that seem to work the way you
describe. Zip files containing rar files. The set of rar files then
decompress into a single zip within a new folder. THat zip file is
passworded.
Needless to say, that's a scam taking you to a website where you hope
to gain a password but you end up giving personal information to a
thief.
