Mostly Adobe Acrobat for the bulk editing, and a bunch of image
editiors to fix individual pages (different ones depending on the
expected complexity). A few applets on the side whose names I can't
remember for task-specific jobs. But Acrobat is my primary tool. These
PDFs are not too sophisticated so more is not really needed.
