Parking this here in case it ever disappears.
Before 5th ed came out I was busy webbing the entire 3rd edition for
my own use, which involved applying errata. The Tome of Battle errata
made no sense, but just as I began to figure it out 5th ed became a
better alternative and I abandoned the work.
Eventually I stumbled on this, which explains what happened to Tomb of
Battle.
