Well, I'm posting it anyway! Somebody else might want it.
This isn't the greatest scan, but it does have page 159, and I added
the usual bookmarks and OCR (btw, if your copy is cleaner than this
one, post it here :).
At the very least, I can ensure Popeye has one extra version of the
book he has to keep track of ;-)
