The only time I ever saw it was when "Wyrwolf" posted it here at part
of a megaflood on Dec 29 2011 (there were a lot of GREAT books in that
flood). Unfortunately, the tome in question was corrupt (as were,
sadly, the vast majority of those books, which is a shame as there are
bunches of other volumes I've never seen posted elsewhere either...).

(were I smarter, I might take that as a lesson and include PAR files
with my own posts... ;-)

Anyway, I appreciate the effort and if you find it, great! If not -
well, I'll just keep begging ;-)
