God knows I know nothing about scanning; hell, /my/ scanner is an
ancient hand-held device. I click the button and I get an image;
that's about as much as I know. Crank up the settings to max so you
get the biggest file you can usually equates to best quality ;-)

My scan is missing pp 134-142, inclusive. If you have a better scan or
the missing material, post it (or the image files) here and who knows
what may happen? ;-)

I'll be the first to admit the PDF I posted isn't the greatest, but I
works with what I gots. So long as the end result is better than with
what I started, I'm usually happy. If somebody has a better version,
share, please.

Although I'd dread having to re-do the bookmarks for Deities again.
All those awful names...

I'm not a pirate, I'm an archiver. I'm helping to keep these books
from disappearing into the mists of time. The internet is just my
off-site storage (with a really terrible retrieval mechanism ;-)
