This is the 2014 Vinegar Syndrome re-issue of Pretty Peaches.
This version is restored from the original 35mm negative, transferred at 2k in HD, with anamorphic
(widescreen) format at the original theatrical 1.85:1 aspect ratio. The image quality is excellent,
with a clear, sharp image and true colors. Looks much better than other versions I've seen, including
the Blue One DVD I posted here in November 2009.
This disc includes: the uncut movie (enema scene included); separate interviews with director Alex
deRenzy (19 min) and Dr. Ted Mcilvenna (11 min; Mcilvenna knew deRenzy and has an interesting
perspective on his films and life's work); and original theatrical trailers, also restored, for
Pretty Peaches 2, Femmes de Sade, and Baby Face 2.
Produced in 1978. English. Run time of 1:32:13. DVD size is 6.56 GB
