Sorry to take so long but I had to dig out the DVD's
The Doctor Who and NEWTY versions are the same. Apparently this was
the first release of this movie on DVD by VCX. The DVD mastering was
hosed up, and it appears that VCX got many complaints about the
quality of the DVD. Also VCX cut a scene between Cody Nicole, Raven
and Jamie Gillis that involved some light bondage. Raven and Gillis
initially tie Cody to the jungle gym set. All of this is discussed in
Diesel's revies on RAME.

The Takimoto DVD is a later version of higher quality with the scene
intact, hence the longer run time.
Taking out the lead-in and lead out crap, I would now say that the
runtimes are 1:11:26 for the cut version and 1:20:41 for the intact.
Hope this helps!

Girls On Fire NTSC VCX DVD 3,624 1:12:09 1984 Ginger Lynn,
Angel Doctor Who 15-Jul-04
Girls On Fire NTSC VCX DVD 3,398 1:21:08 1984 Ginger Lynn,
Angel takimoto 5-Sep-06
Girls On Fire NTSC VCX DVD 3,625 1:12:09 1984 Ginger Lynn,
Angel NEWTY 23-Apr-07
...so why is the takimoto runtime different
if all three are VCX DVDs?...
