I'm not sure how relevant this is to that problem, but the two anomalous
files in the VIDEO_TS folder (Anchor and Volume) are products of an
_ancient_ (think WinME) version of Pinnacle's Impression DVD-Pro
authoring software, which was notable for its bugginess.
In my experience, debris like that tends to be (harmless) project
workfiles that the app is supposed to clean up but doesn't.
Absent a real solution, running FixVTS often straightens things out:

It worked the last time I tried to use it under Win7, but that was many,
many Automatic Updates ago....
