There are several updates out there that you want to get rid of in
Windows 7, including a lot of MS Spyware. You can hide them, but they
DO keep "unhiding" so be vigilent. Here is my list so far. Look at
"Windows Update" and check the "Installed Updates" link on the lower
left. You can uninstall any updates. And then "hide" them when they
reappear. And they keep reappearing. Other than that, you can pick up
a copy of Windows 7 Enterprise off Ebay. Enterprise versions do not get
any of the forced updates.
