Mother and Daughter are having a grand time living a menage lifestyle with stepfather. Everything seems to be going just fine. Until, that is, when Father (Mother's first husband) returns from Japan and decides Mother's upbringing of his daughter has been an amoral influence, and decides to obtain legal custody of his daughter.
Not having seen her father since a child, his daughter objects. (Why break up a good thing at home?) She decides to 'lay' a trap for her father. Posing as a girl out for a fun time, she and her girlfriend (for whom she has the hots) pick up her father, and the 'fun' begins. At the last moment they both leave father 'high and dry'. Not until later, when they meet again, does father realize that his unhappy incident with the 'fun girls' was in fact with his daughter whom he is attempting to gain custody of. Knowing this, he decides his efforts are futile, for they are truly "Like Mother, Like Daughter".

A kinky mother and daughter are having lots of fun living together with Mom's second husband. As a family, they live by the rule that the family that stays together does everything together. But when Mom's first husband returns from a long trip and finds out about what's going on on the home front, he blows a fuse and tries to prevent his daughter and her mother from continuing to live with the swinging step-dad. Not wanting to disrupt a good thing the daughter talks a girlfriend(who she has the HOTS for) into a little Trick against her Dad,who does not know what she looks like as an Adult. The girls leave Dad High & Dry and upon understanding the ruse Daddy dearest decides not to try to gain custody after all they really are Like Mother, Like Daughter!

Impressive early XXX story of incest

Except for the presence of a young Jamie Gillis, LIKE MOTHER...LIKE DAUGHTER features a cast of (permanent) unknowns enthusiastically performing in a dramedy about incest. Like other films from the early years of hardcore features it has an antique fascination and is definitely a diverting time-killer.
Filmmaker Ernest Danna graduated to an all-star NYC porn movie DEVIL'S DUE, but this earlier effort is more entertaining. It basically revolves around a custody battle between divorced dad Bruce (constantly hissable performance by Ralph Carl) and his buxom ex-wife Wanda (Leila Harris, quite credible in the role, bad wig and all). Bruce has returned home after many years in Japan and lays down the law to Wanda that because of her free-love ways and reputation he will take the daughter he hasn't seen since she was an infant with him for keeps.
Daughter Tricia (lovely Kecia Kane who of course looks far older than the teen she's portraying should) has in fact inherited per the title her mom's attitudes towards sex. With her BFF Pam (Nancy Franklin) she spies on everybody and is clever enough (and underhanded too) to turn the tables on daddy to yield the promised incest content. Later in an orgy scene she beds down with mommy for good measure.
Danna's femme cast sport large natural breasts and heavy bush that is instant nostalgia recalling a bygone age in porn. The acting is very good, while the sex is down and dirty -just what the fans ordered. Of special interest is an original jazz score credited to Andrew Burns (everyone uses a pseudonym, including Gillis) that enhances both the sex scenes and the dramatic ones.
