The plot of this film actually has 3 pretty much unrelated parts. It's like 3 films really.
1. In this part, an aunt lives with her young nephew, but she's worried about him being locked up in his room all day. See, what she doesn't know is that he secretly peeps on his female neighbors that are always engaged in sex. Actually, most of the film (let's call it part 1) has nothing to do with the "Private Teacher", but with what what goes on in the female neighbors' apartment, which we supposedly witness through the nephew's telescope.
2. In this part, the concerned aunt watches a TV ad for porn VHS tapes, when the announcer steps out of the TV and has sex with her...she then hires Key Parker as a "Private Teacher" (couldn't they just call her a "tutor"?) to bring the nephew out of his shell and refocus on his studies. She actually doesn't look buxom at all with her shirt on. But after she asks the aunt to leave them alone (the aunt then gets a masseur, who happens to be the aforementioned announcer, to have sex with her), she touches the nephew's private parts while reading Shakespeare with him. I have to note it doesn't look visually as dirty as it sounds and that Kay Parker is actually a very good actress in the way she reads Shakespeare. Some IMDb reviewer also had interesting notes about the specific part the film makers chose for her to read. Anyway, she then takes him to bed where they have sex and he even gets to do it between her large breasts. She then announces to the aunt that her job is done and leaves (oops, no more "Private Teacher" in the film that is called after her), but not before declaring a Shakespeare part that deals with incest (keep this in mind for later).
3. In this part, the now confident nephew goes out to the female neighbors' apartment and comes clean to them. They decide he's cute and one of them has anal sex with him. But t's really more like a continuation of part 1. Part 3 really begins with the aunt enlisting her neighbor Marsha to find the missing nephew. They break into the female neighbors' apartments and find him asleeping on the couch...still having a full erection. Marsha suggests the aunt should should stick his private member in his pants before he wakes up by them and feel embarrased. Of course, the aunt doesn't want to touch the private areas of her own nephew, so Marsha tries to do it before claiming it's too big to fit in the pants. This is where Marsha manages to make you forget Kay Parker. She says she'd just slicken it up so it would fit right in...and immediately does just that. The shocked aunt thinks Marsha doesn't realize she she has just done. But at points Marsha not only suggests she knows very well...but proceeds to give the sleeping nephew a full deepthroat. Obviously this wakes him up, but the aunt is so embarrased that she tries to get him to go back to sleep. Alas, Marsha simply tells him what's going before cotinuing to do it. She then says she wants the full action. The aunt's eyes almost pop out, but Marsha just takes off the nephew's pants completely and they get it on right in front of the aunt. After they're done, both of them suggest the aunt take over...and she eventually does ("might as well keep things in the family"). The film ends soon after.
