I can offer you an English audio track for this, cop87.
It comes from an mkv version of the Alpha France "Les perversions d'un couple marie" (posted as "Libres Echanges").
The source was AAC, but I've converted that to 384 Kbps ac3, which is a match for your German audio with the one difference that yours is 48000 Hz and the English is 44100 Hz.
Since I already have a good-enough version of this one, I'm not downloading your post, so I have to ask what the runtime is. The English runs 01:35:04, the first 9.5 seconds of which is the Alpha France leader (not present in yours).
The egafd entry says

so I've got my fingers crossed that your runtime is in the neighborhood of 01:34:55... we might get lucky.
Here's the English 384/ac3 audio.
(A muddy French-audio version is also swirling around the p2p garbage patch, but the runtime is only about 78 minutes.)
