I used a JVC HRS9900 VCR with TBC on to a JVC DR-M10 DVD Recorder with the record time adjusted to fit on a DVD-5 DVD
The average bit rate is around 7000bps It is a 4:3, NTSC, ac3 dolby stereo
Scans of the VHS box are included
