Bob Walker (a likable portrayal by John Leslie) and his wife Mildred (Jessie St. James in fine MILFy form) are a married couple who can no longer support their grown-up children. Bob decides to rent out two rooms of their home to a pair of sexy students from the University of Hawaii. The presence of the alluring and lascivious young ladies soon stirs things up in the house.
Director Carlos Tobalina, working from a racy script by Leslie Norton, maintains a winningly breezy'n'easy tone throughout, relates the enjoyable story at a constant quick pace, and gives the audience their money's worth with more than enough incest (sisterly and otherwise), masturbation, lesbianism, a lively group orgies, and straight fornication. A bevy of beautiful babes helps out a whole lot: Foxy Mai Lin and enticing Jade Wong as students Ming and Lelani, dishy slim blonde Danielle and yummy brunette Rhonda Jo Petty as sisters Peggy and Gayle, and the delicious Lisa Priest as a hooker. Jesse Adams and Jon Martin are engaging as brothers Ron and Burt. Tobalina's sumptuous cinematography offers several breathtaking shots of the gorgeous tropical Hawaiian scenery and makes cool use of split screen during the opening credits. Jay Rando's funky-bumping score does the get-down groovy trick. A sizzling little number.
