Thanks, damn I am stupid, I tried that one and it diidn't work. Now I know why - was trying to open a second 001 file that I somehow downloaded so as you would expect it won't open a single rar file.
Thank you for your response it was greatly appreciated and pointed me in the right direction to resolving my problem.
