With a message selected hit control-K. In the "Add Usenet Filter"
dialogue click on "Paste subject", "Lower case", and put a tick mark
in "Ignore thread". My experience with Agent however is that "Ignore
thread" only works on responses to and sub-threads of the message that
you select so it's a good idea to go as high up (as far back in) the
thread as you can, ideally to the message that started the thread you
want to ignore. Moreover even the slightest variation in the subject
line will make the filter invalid.
