I'm also a 'Handbrake' novice and have done very little with it since
I downloaded it so I will leave that to the people that are qualified
to answer.
What you are asking is basically what I am aiming to do with the
individual courses/lectures... break them down from *.vob files into a
reasonable size avi/mp4/mkv files so that I can then back them up to
4GB DVD's.
I don't think that 'Handbrake' automatically re-names the files, and I
guess that this renamimg would be a Pain In The Ass job that has to be
done manually.
10 disc / 18 disc !!! YIKES !!! You need a bigger boat.... I NEED
M-DISC :)
