Anywhere there is a power grid. Weekdays, not lightly loaded
weekends. And does not matter if 120v or 220v, 50 Hz or 60 Hz. And,
yes, that is 11:15pm your time, more or less. Stress test your
computer when it also has to ride through power line transients.
Computers do not have random failures -- there is always a reason.
