Hi Peggleg, I've been following your nautical threads with Spike with some
interest. Very informative :-)
PUP's are "potentially unwanted programmes" and are a kind of backdoor malware
that can and do install themselves on your computer on the back of so called
"legit" software. IMO - any programme that allows this kind of S*** on your
computer is NOT legit but it happens all too frequently.
I too have a Mac using using osX and I don't see much of it on there but then
again I hardly ever go on line with it.
