I just wonder: why couldn't you do it by yourself?
• There are several tools that can download YouTube vids. For example I
used Video DownloadHelper (a Firefox extension):

This retrieved file is inside PixelvsCat(original).rar.
• As for encoding the downloaded mp4 to avi, I just used VirtualDub
(with some plugins & codecs installed, of course, XviD etc.; but many
other encoding tools might be suggested by other users I suppose...).
The avi file is inside PixelvsCat.rar.
Et voilà! ;-)
