I think this goes back Months and Months from 'Bikers'
complaints/comments about Ribble posting (what Biker claims to be)
sub-standard video files.
It was generally decided that ANY video is better than NO video
(posters choice/don't like...don't download), and so I thought the
whole thing went away and was forgot about. I've not seen anything new
to drag it back up again... unless I'm missing something and this is
about something else.
