A few weeks ago I closely examined a Powerpost posting that later had
corrections for missing chunks. The re-posted ID's were the same with
2 extra characters appended on the re-post. So I would say the
original NZB is not valid.
In most cases, posting a new NZB of latest files does work when
someone asks for a repost. Forte Agent is a good source and I often
use Forte Agent to generate an NZB of fills that I need to make
Newsbin work. Generally, if Newsbin does not get all the message
headers then it never will, but an NZB forces Newsbin to get the
files.
Well, yes, I could just have Forte Agent download the missing
sections, but then I have to find them and move them and it gets a bit
complicated.
