Thanks, RIB. It's a long and complex situation how I got here, and
yes, I do have friends and family still living, but they are all in
different worlds, so to speak, so my isolation is self-inflicted for
my own "survival" so to speak... so to speak, i say that too much!
But I am better off alone for now than to continually pretend to be
someone I am not, just to have a social life.
It's not just gender issues, but the biggest hurdle is my new
religion, if you'd call it that, because while I was in the cult for 5
years, I kept the same mindset for another 30 years, seeking to find
other Christians who understood the Bible from the same perspective as
me, with reverence for truth above all.. never did, never could, then
luckily one night, while reading it, I realized my own fraud that had
been in my face all along, that Jesus was a creationist and thus the
whole things was bollocks. I was a victim of my own childhood
indoctrination that science and Jesus were compatible, which is a
falsehood... so technically, I didn't change religions at all, but my
view evolved to see Jesus as a great but mistaken/misguided
philosopher. It is plain as day, except that nobody I know seems to
care about truth versus falsehood, they just want to stick to whatever
they currently believe, and can't stand to talk about or examine their
beliefs... which I can understand, of course, why should I give a
shit about all this, except that I feel partly responsible for helping
to promote this false way for 35 years, and want to help others to see
and snap out of the ugly insane "culture wars" that are likely to
destroy the planet, because one side of this fight doesn't care about
the destruction because God is going to give them a new earth after
this "evil" one is destroyed.... insane!
Thanks for suggesting about the junk email addresses. That actually
occured to me last night as the easiest way to connect. But I'm not
looking to make new online friends, as typing is such a painful way to
talk when everythig is long stories with me. I just wanted to pass
along that free unlimited usenet account, partly just to force me to
quit downloading stuff I'll probably never watch. If Spike doesn't
want it, you can have it. I have some junk addresses already, if I
can remember where they are. I'll post one later.
