You could probably do the cleaning with some effort using Paint or
MSPaint, available in Windows (Start / Programs / Accessories/ Paint),
or with any paint program such as Corel Paint, Photoshop, or Paint
Shop Pro.
Or possibly some generous person is willing to redo the image as he or
she has done many times here.
