I don't know what this 177,664 byte file is (a virus scan with
TrendMicro doesn't show anything) but it is NOT WinRar 380. Internally
it contains references to a competing compression scheme, Oberhumers' UCL.
If you download WinRar 3.80 from its origin, www.rarlab.com, the
downloadable installation file (Named Wrar380.exe) is 1205KB, and the
resulting Winrar.exe file 968,704 Bytes.
