Herb just told you a importand thing about uploading files.
I like to add that Outlook Express does not support Y-encoded files and that if
you want to continue using Outlook Express you need to download a tool to decode
the Y-encoded files or use a other newsreader/binairy files downloader like
It is a pitty the FAQ is no longer posted on a regular base, else you would have
some interesting reading stuff on how things go in this group.
but it supports the Y-encoded file format and it has a serialnumber generator so
you can "register" it to your own name.
