 This group was completely unused for a long time. Eight or nine years
 ago it became just about exclusively dedicated to machine embroidery
 (with little or nothing to do with 'pictures').
 
 There's another group, alt.binaries.crafts, which could be used, but
 it's notable for its utter lack of activity.
 
 Since many ISP's no longer support binaries groups, you'd probably
 find a wider audience in either an appropriate usenet group in the
 usenet rec.crafts hierarchy or some dedicated independent forum, or a
 yahoo or google groups forum, etc., and if those fora don't allow
 attachments, use Flickr or similar site to post your pictures and
 provide links to your readers.
