Finally someone is waking up!
Comcast said.
NEW YORK Comcast Corp., the nation's second-largest Internet service provider, Thursday said it
would set an official limit on the amount of data subscribers can download and upload each month.
On Oct. 1, the cable company will update its user agreement to say that users will be allowed 250
gigabytes of traffic per month, the company announced on its Web site.
Comcast has already reserved the right to cut off subscribers who use too much bandwidth each month,
without specifying exactly what constitutes excessive use.
What say you now?

Just how much bandwidth does this group have to waste
before the _majority_ g e t the message and TELL the
minority to quit it.
BAD posting = BAD downloading
From today onwards do not go posting "thank you "
until you _know_ what you have downloaded.
Encouraging the maroons posting Gigs of garbage here
to keep doing the same WRONG thing over and over is
exactly what got Time Warner into the trouble it is in.
Time Warner is connected with a whole realm of Internet
services, the rot is far from done yet.
Learn the lesson.
