Here's is essentially what I responded this past May when someone
(Possibly you) requested the same thing:

The not-so-good news is that the image is photographic (millions of
colors fading into each other) and not well defined. The lines are
incomplete - such as the black outlines of the hat, the boot, and the
rope. This makes it almost impossible to achieve a good result with
automatic digitizing, unless a lot of work is put into editing and/or
redrawing the image itself.

The addition of the r.c.d. initials makes it a bit more difficult.

Yes, it could be done manually, and maybe someone else would like to try
his or her hand at it, but it's beyond both my competence and my
willingness to spend that much effort on it.

I'm sorry to disappoint you.

Is it possible that a better image exists? What does r.c.d. stand for,
and does it have a website?
