Wilcom's FREE TRUESIZER and converter will do it. Note that MOST home
software, such as Embird, PEDesign, Husqvarna/Pfaff, and Artista will
not handle .emb or .cnd files.

Hmmm. I see that they're up to version E2; I'm still at E1.5
It requires registration, but I don't think you have to put in real
information. Even if you do, they never follow up with anything.
