You mean the Usenet Replayer website??
You won't see rars there. Only zip posts. It probably carries very few
of the posts made here now because they are mostly rars.
And it exposes the poster outside of the relatively "safe" confines of
binary groups if they post a zip. By this I mean you can't google a
binary group looking for what you want, so if binaries are placed on
websites, then the poster is "exposed" to a wider audience.
As Herb suggested, you do need a news provider to better get what you
are seeking.
He also offered you the same information way back in March. Mebbe it
is time to try it.

Message again, in case you didn't see it the first time.

Didn't you see my reply to you after you made a similar comment about
some of Grammie's posts? Here it is again.
ATT/SBC/Prodigy has a hard and fast limitation on the size of
individual messages that they accept - it's 1MB, which translates to
about a 600kB attachment.
You're probably also missing dozens of other posts that include
overlarge attachments, including just about all of Diane's and
Sewie's, and a smattering of others.
This is in addition to the huge percentage of posts that
AT&T/SBC/Prodigy loses. There are two solutions to this ongoing
problem; one is that posters split their large posts, and the other,
on the receivers' side, is to use a premium news server. There are
many, including an inexpensive but good one from ForteInc (makers of
Agent), Easynews (which I use), Supernews, Giganews, and others.

That was in March and still you are having the same problems with your
provider and won't do anything about it.
We keep holding your hand, but you keep running off into the path of
cars.
News providers are not expensive. Please try one.
And $3.95 Teranews is not for newbies, we won't be able to explain to
you why it is always out of service. It's more erratic than what you
are using.
Try one of the good ones Herb suggested.
