This is a commercial apparel logo that is only seen on clothing and
other products made by NorthFace. Producing a garment with that logo
where neither the garment nor the logo is made by them both diminishes
their reputation and would appear to be blatantly fraudulent.
I may be hypocritical, but I don't see this as being the same as a
logo for a sports team or an organization that doesn't normally
produce its own products with embroidered logo.
