Hi! I have been teaching Embird for awhile and it depends on your
Operating System. If it is Vist or Win 7 you need to turn off the
User Account Control and disable your virus protector to install it.
If you have Xp you do not nee to turn off your UAC.
Your password is not your name. It is mailed to you from Embird.com
and there is step by step help for installing on that site.
I am an Embird Lover and hope this helps you a little.
